About the role
We're building a finance function that stays ahead of the curve - leveraging AI, automation, and modern tooling to operate at the pace Databricks demands. We are looking for a Global Consolidations Manager to join our Global Accounting team based in India. This is a foundational hire - you will own the end-to-end consolidation and intercompany accounting process across Databricks' 23-entity global footprint, build deep SAP Group Reporting expertise during our S/4HANA implementation, and establish the permanent organisational capability that scales with the business post go-live.
