About the role
- Execute room cleaning operations in strict accordance with company standards and LRA requirements, ensuring all guest rooms are maintained to a defect-free condition
- Prepare and equip all guest rooms with linens and amenities according to established protocols
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with guests at all times
- Communicate guest requests, messages, and concerns to supervisory staff in a timely manner
- Report all maintenance issues, missing items, and damaged property to the supervisor immediately
- Document and process all lost and found items according to established procedures
