About the role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our HR Benefits Operations team. In this role, you will manage retirement benefits, trust accounting, compliance audits, and regional APAC transitions.
Key Operating Context (Downstream Payroll Interface)
Most benefit operations are downstream processes that depend directly on monthly payroll output. Individual will work closely every day with the Global Payroll Services team to match deduction files, meet strict cut-off schedules, and ensure accurate benefit remittances and settlements.
