1.Ensure the adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety
requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications
and ensure the team also follows the same
2.Maintain the uptime of testing equipment, including Functional Testers (FT), Flash
Testers, In-Circuit Testers (ICT), and Intermediate test (IMT) stations.
3.Quickly identify part failure issues in testers, conduct in-depth investigations into
tester cards failures, contact pin issues and wire harness problems..
4.Prepare Initial Analysis Reports (IAR) for each occurrence (Breakdown), including
5.Implement systematic problem-solving techniques to address and resolve issues
