About the role
Maintain and manage the inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, and peripheral equipment. Track hardware assets throughout their lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal. Ensure accurate asset records in ITAM tools such as ServiceNow HAM, Flexera, Ivanti, BMC Helix, or Lansweeper. Monitor asset compliance and ensure adherence to organizational policies and audit requirements. Coordinate with procurement and vendors for hardware purchases, renewals, warranty management, and replacements. Conduct periodic asset audits and physical verification of hardware inventory.
