About the role

Monitor and manage Mainframe batch jobs using scheduling tools such as CA7, Control-M, ESP, TWS (IBM Workload Scheduler). Ensure successful execution of daily, weekly, and monthly batch processing cycles. Identify, analyze, and resolve batch job failures, abends, JCL errors, and dependency issues. Perform reruns, restarts, and job recovery activities as per operational procedures. Monitor critical production applications and ensure SLA adherence. Coordinate with Application Support, Development, DBA, Storage, and Infrastructure teams for issue resolution. Review batch schedules and validate job dependencies and execution timelines.
