The role is responsible for accurate and compliant administration, delivery quality, governance, vendor performance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with Total Rewards teams, Operating Units, Payroll, HR Technology, Procurement, HR, Employee Relations, Communications and external providers.
