The Fee Strategy Operations team is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and diligent Program Manager to drive cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) execution for fee and incentive launches across Amazon's worldwide marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering with Fee Strategy, Product, Operations, Legal, Seller Communications, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of fee/incentive changes to Sellers globally. This role provides the unique opportunity of managing billion dollar incentive programs across stores and drive seller success.
