The Cisco Optical Network Controller (CONC) team is building next-generation SDN software to automate, visualize, and control optical networks across multi-layer infrastructures. Our solution is built on modern, cloud-native microservices architecture. In our team, engineers have end-to-end quality and feature ownership: we build the software and we automate the testing ourselves , writing robust backend services in Java and automated test suites in Python .
