Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead with 10–15 years of experience in software testing and automation, who has successfully led automation initiatives for large enterprise projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing scalable automation frameworks and managing teams. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end test automation strategy and execution for enterprise-grade applications.
Design and architect robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks.
Manage and mentor a team of ~10 automation engineers.
Drive adoption of best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, and DevOps.
