About the role
An entry-level technical support role on Oracle's product support team. You will be a point of contact for customers, troubleshooting and resolving straightforward technical issues with your assigned Oracle products, and working with senior engineers on harder ones.
What you'll do

- Use automation and AI-assisted tools to find root causes of common issues
