Position Summary The Director of People & Culture is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the People & Culture function across both properties. The role ensures effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with Accor standards , while supporting business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee, driving employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
