What's the role The individual will hold a Company Secretarial qualification or have a background as a corporate lawyer with at least five years company secretarial experience within a fast paced global or a highly matrixed multinational company. Knowledge of best practice for all relevant legal and regulatory requirements will be necessary for the effective delivery of the role.
